Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cups butter
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups graham cracker cereal (or crushed graham crackers)

Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal. Lightly grease the lining with butter or non-stick spray.

In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring well between each, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt the mixture over a double boiler on the stove.
