  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup additional grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined, but do not overwork the mixture.

Form the mixture into 6 evenly sized meat patties.
