  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Gently pound the chicken with a meat mallet or rolling pin to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Step 2

Prepare three shallow bowls: In the first, add the flour. In the second, beat the eggs. In the third, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
