  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
