  • 1 sheet Frozen puff pastry (thawed)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 Egg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet into a rectangle, approximately 10x12 inches in size.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg to create an egg wash.
