Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Wash and scrub the potatoes, then cut them in half lengthwise.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the seasoning blend.

Step 4

Pour the olive oil into a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.

Step 5

Sprinkle the Parmesan seasoning mixture evenly over the olive oil in the baking dish.

Step 6

Place the potato halves cut-side down into the dish, pressing gently so the surface of the potato comes into contact with the cheese mixture.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.

Step 8

Remove the dish from the oven and let the potatoes cool slightly for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Using a spatula, carefully remove the potatoes from the baking dish to serve.

Step 10

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
