  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt (optional or reduced-sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cups Low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt (if using).

Step 3

Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.
