Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together sweet paprika, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub the spices all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and sear for about 5-6 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip and cook on the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
