Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together sweet paprika, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Rub the spices all over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
