  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Cut the beef chuck into 1-inch cubes. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon sweet paprika, salt, pepper, and flour.

Coat the beef cubes in the seasoned flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

Heat olive oil in a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat.
