  • 2 tablespoons Papaya flesh
  • 1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 small Shallot
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the papaya seeds under cold water to remove any remaining papaya pulp. Set aside.

Peel and finely chop the small shallot.

In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh papaya seeds, papaya flesh, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, salt, ground black pepper, chopped shallot, and water.
