Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized (around 500 grams) Papaya
  • 1 inch piece Fresh ginger
  • 1 medium-sized Banana
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (optional, to taste) Honey or maple syrup
  • 5 pieces Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and roughly chop it into chunks.

Step 2

Peel the banana and break it into pieces.

Step 3

Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger.

Step 4

In a blender, add the papaya chunks, banana pieces, grated ginger, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup if using.

Step 5

Add the ice cubes to the blender.

Step 6

Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add a bit more orange juice and blend again.
