  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup green beans, sliced diagonally
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 0.25 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 15 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2 minutes.
