  • 2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.75 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • 12 oz Egg noodles

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef sirloin slices with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with all-purpose flour.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in batches for about 2-3 minutes until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside.
