  • 100 grams Brown sugar

  • 125 milliliters Milk

  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 150 grams Dark chocolate (optional, for glazing)
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil (for greasing the pan)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a loaf pan or small cake pan with vegetable oil.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the honey, brown sugar, and milk. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, then remove it from the heat and let it cool slightly.
