  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)
  • 0 parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
