  • 15 ounces (drained) canned corn
  • 10 ounces (canned) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (optional) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 whole (cut into wedges, optional) lime

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
