Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1 as needed Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 pieces (optional for serving) Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil cooking spray.

Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season each fillet lightly with salt and pepper.
