Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 medium Red onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 100 grams Yogurt
  • 10 leaves Mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder

Directions

Step 1

Begin by cutting the paneer into small cubes, approximately 1 inch in size.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the paneer cubes with chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the paneer evenly with the spices.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the spiced paneer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the paneer is golden brown on all sides.

Step 4

While the paneer is cooking, finely chop the red onion, tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper, and tear the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces.

Step 5

To make the yogurt dressing, blend the yogurt with mint leaves, lemon juice, and a garlic clove until smooth.

Step 6

Once the paneer is cooked, remove it from the pan and set aside to cool slightly.

Step 7

To assemble the wraps, place a whole wheat tortilla on a clean flat surface. Spread a few tablespoons of the yogurt dressing over the tortilla.

Step 8

Layer the lettuce, cooked paneer, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper over the yogurt dressing.

Step 9

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to enclose all the fillings.

Step 10

Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas.

Step 11

Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
