Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 100 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste

  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Capsicum (bell pepper)
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 pieces Skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Chop the capsicum and onion into 1-inch pieces, roughly the same size as the paneer cubes.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

Add the paneer cubes, capsicum, and onion pieces to the marinade. Gently mix to coat everything evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
