Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 8 slices Brown Bread
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 small Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Green Chili
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the onion, tomato, green bell pepper, and green chili. Crumble the paneer in a bowl and keep it aside.

Step 2

Heat a tablespoon of butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add chopped onion and green chili to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 4

Add the chopped tomato and green bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables soften.

Step 5

Stir in the crumbled paneer and mix well with the vegetables.

Step 6

Add cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, and black pepper to the paneer mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes, ensuring the spices are well incorporated.

Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well, and remove the mixture from the heat. Set aside to cool slightly.

Apply a thin layer of butter on one side of each bread slice.
