Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dosa batter
  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 1 small, finely chopped Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon, grated Ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Grate the paneer and set it aside.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Step 3

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Step 4

Add finely chopped onion and sauté until they turn translucent.

Step 5

Stir in the finely chopped green chili and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add the grated paneer to the pan and mix thoroughly ensuring the spices coat the paneer evenly.
