Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer (cottage cheese)

  • 1 medium-sized, finely chopped Tomato
  • 1 finely chopped Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon, grated Ginger
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil or ghee
  • 0.5 teaspoons or to taste Salt

Directions

Step 1

Start by crumbling the paneer into small pieces. Set it aside.

Heat the cooking oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for a few seconds.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
