Ingredients

  • 200 grams Paneer
  • 150 grams Baby Corn
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Cream
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Coriander Leaves

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into 1-inch cubes. Slice the baby corn into 1-inch pieces.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and puree the tomatoes in a blender.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.

Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil starts to separate from the mixture.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add sliced baby corn, stir well to coat with the spices, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the paneer cubes and gently stir to combine.

Pour in 1 cup of water and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.

Reduce the heat and stir in the fresh cream. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes, allowing the gravy to thicken.

Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
