  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 Red chili (thinly sliced for garnish)
  • 20 grams Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large saucepan or wok over medium heat and add the cooking oil.

Spoon the Panaeng curry paste into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3

Pour in half of the coconut milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the oil begins to separate on the surface (about 3-4 minutes).
