Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French baguette or Italian bread
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Slice the loaf of bread diagonally into 1-inch-thick slices. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine the butter (softened) and olive oil.

Step 3

Finely mince the garlic cloves and chop the parsley. Add both to the butter mixture along with the salt, and mix thoroughly until smooth.
