Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tilapia fillets
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 piece Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.

Step 2

Heat 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 3

When the skillet is hot, add the tilapia fillets in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden and seared.

Step 4

Flip the fillets gently and cook for another 3-4 minutes on the other side until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to create a smooth vinaigrette.

Step 6

Drizzle the citrus vinaigrette over the cooked tilapia fillets and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

Step 7

Serve immediately with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
