  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Peel and slice the carrots and parsnips into 2-inch long sticks. Halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the butternut squash into 1-inch cubes. Slice the red onion into wedges.
