  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Pat the sea scallops dry with a paper towel and remove the small side muscle if it is still attached. This helps ensure even cooking.

Season the scallops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
