Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.75 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Dredge each chicken breast in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and bubbling.

Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside on a plate.
