Wash and dry all the vegetables.
Slice the zucchini into thin half-moons.
Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips.
Peel the carrot and cut it into julienne strips or thin matchsticks.
Slice the mushrooms thinly.
Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.
