Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Yellowtail (sashimi-grade)
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 4 sheets Nori sheets
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 1 pinch Sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Using a sharp knife, slice the yellowtail into thin strips that are about 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long. Set aside.

Step 2

Julienne the cucumber into matchstick-sized pieces. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Thinly slice the green onion into long, fine strips.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the coconut aminos, lime juice, sesame oil, grated ginger, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well to combine and set the sauce aside.

Lay one nori sheet shiny side down on a clean surface. Place a few pieces of yellowtail diagonally across one corner of the nori sheet.
