Ingredients

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 2 large Hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 strips Cooked bacon
  • 1 medium Grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

1. Wash, dry, and chop the Romaine lettuce and baby spinach. Place them into a large salad bowl.

2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the cucumber. Add these to the salad bowl.
