  • 2 cups Water (for soaking cashews)

Directions

Step 1

Place the raw cashews in a bowl and cover them with 2 cups of water. Let them soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. If you're short on time, soak the cashews in boiling water for 20 minutes.

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews thoroughly.
