  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons Sea salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cups Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it with coconut oil.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate medium bowl, beat the eggs. Then stir in the honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until the batter is well mixed and smooth.
