  • 4 cups, for serving mixed greens or lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Grate the onion using a box grater or food processor, and finely mince the garlic.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
