In a small pot, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
Add the loose black tea to the boiling water and simmer for 2-3 minutes to allow the tea to steep.
Strain the tea into a separate bowl or container to remove the tea leaves.
Return the strained tea to the pot and add the coconut milk, almond milk, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
