In a small bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and add half the coconut oil.
Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef and cook it until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
