Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed greens (spinach, kale, or arugula)

  • 2 stalks Green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (without added sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Raw honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the mixed greens, and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Add the red cabbage, shredded carrot, cucumber, red bell pepper, sunflower seeds, green onion, and parsley to the bowl with the greens.

Step 3
