Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Season pork chops on both sides with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat to medium and add minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
