  • 1 whole Juice of lime
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 6 small Grain-free tortillas
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, diced
  • 1 whole Avocado, diced
  • 1 whole Jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • 4 wedges Fresh lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the steak. In a small bowl, combine cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.

Step 2

Pat the steak dry with a paper towel and rub both sides evenly with the spice mixture. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the steak and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
