Directions

Step 1

Prepare the beef by slicing it thinly against the grain into bite-sized strips. Set aside.

Trim the woody ends off the asparagus and cut the spears into 2-inch pieces. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos, half the sea salt, and black pepper. Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
