  • 6 ounces Sushi-grade tuna
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha (Paleo-friendly)
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado mayonnaise (Paleo-friendly)
  • 1 stalk Green onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Place the cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, coconut flour, egg, and salt. Mix until the mixture holds together.
