In a small bowl, mix the Paleo-compliant mayonnaise and sriracha to create a spicy mayo sauce. Set aside.
Squeeze any excess moisture from the cooked cauliflower rice using a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel. Place the cauliflower rice in a bowl and mix in the rice vinegar and sea salt. Let it cool to room temperature if still warm.
Slice the cucumber into thin matchsticks and the avocado into thin slices.
