  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, raw honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and crushed red chili flakes to create the sauce. Set it aside.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.

Step 3

Once the oil is hot, add the thinly sliced beef. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside.
