Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin (thinly sliced)

  • 10 leaves curry leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 medium green chilies (thinly sliced, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin into strips, making sure any excess fat is trimmed. Set aside.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat and add the coconut oil.

Step 3

Once the coconut oil is hot, add the thinly sliced onions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until aromatic and the onions start to turn translucent.
