  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 inch piece, minced fresh ginger
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Start by boiling the pork belly in a pot of water for about 30 minutes until tender. Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Chop the boiled pork into small, bite-sized pieces.
