  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Start by spiralizing the zucchini into noodles and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
