  • 2 cups Canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cups Okra, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced Cajun sausage and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from the pot and set aside.
