  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cups Tapioca starch
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 0 to taste Coarse sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, tapioca starch, coconut flour, baking soda, and sea salt until well combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, and warm water.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
