Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 0.25 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium, sliced Tomato

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, almond flour, chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and egg.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients together using your hands or a spatula until well combined. Be careful not to overwork the meat mixture.

Step 3

Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty about 1-inch thick.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil over medium-high heat.
